Wainwrights were appointed Architect, Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager on this construction project.
The development proposes the construction of four commercial, industrial buildings with a total gross internal area of 55,000sqft, comprising of class B8 with ancillary trade counter (Units A-C) and Class B8 or B2 industrial use (Unit D) with access, parking, servicing and associated works.
A key objective of the proposed development is to provide multi-let space that offers accessible and flexible units that forms an integral part of the overall Burntwood Business Park. To achieve this, we have designed a portal frame shell which accommodates an office including a tea point and WC facilities. In the larger units at Blocks C & D, these are split over two floors to provide additional office space.
