Commercial and Industrial Space Redevelopment.

Wainwrights were instructed to redevelop 300,000sq. ft of commercial and industrial space at Southmoor Industrial Estate, in Wythenshaw, Manchester.

This was a successful scheme with many challenges to overcome, from a heavily asbestos contaminated industrial units, structurally unstable access tunnels as well as numerous tenants on site needing to be rehoused across the estate all whilst works commenced on site in phases.

Wainwrights’ involvement included re-designing the warehouse units to accommodate more appropriate letting space for the Client, as the previous scheme had become heavily dilapidated and unfit for modern warehousing needs within the area.
