Initial condition surveys were undertaken by our team of surveyors to identify any necessary maintenance works required to be included within the scope of works.

The store refreshment works generally included replacement of discontinued kitchen displays and the installation of new LED lighting, suspended ceiling tiles, floor coverings, decorations, and signage to meet the requirements of the clients new corporate branding.
