Building Surveyor

Jennifer is a proactive and motivated Building Surveyor working towards her RICS Chartership.

Jennifer has experience in delivering a variety of consultancy work from schedule of dilapidations, schedule of conditions, planned preventative maintenance reports and license for alterations.

She also has experience in project work including office and warehouse refurbishments. Carrying out duties of the contract administrator, Jennifer has knowledge of JCT contracts and has successfully administered these on different projects, from inception to practical completion.

Jennifer has technical knowledge of building construction and keeps up to date with statutory & regulatory requirements, including Building Regulations.

Outside of Work

Jennifer is a keen dancer and yogi, as well as enjoying the odd mountain climb and paddle board.

She is a lover of being outdoors in her spare time and has in the past taken part in a sky dive to raise money for the Mental Health Foundation and Bliss, a charity that helps premature babies and their families.
