Retail Refurbishment Programme.
Wainwrights were appointed by Magnet to undertake core Building Surveying services throughout their existing property portfolio and upcoming acquisitions.
Project instructions relate to design, contract administration and project management services in respect of internal refresh projects, maintenance works and dilapidations works.
We were instructed by the client to roll out a nationwide store refresh programme for 30 stores within the UK.

Initial condition surveys were undertaken by our team of surveyors to identify any necessary maintenance works required to be included within the scope of works.
The store refreshment works generally included replacement of discontinued kitchen displays and the installation of new LED lighting, suspended ceiling tiles, floor coverings, decorations, and signage to meet the requirements of the clients new corporate branding.
Wainwrights have carried out a large amount of building surveying services for the client including schedule of condition surveys, building acquisition surveys, maintenance and defect inspections, dilapidations liability assessments, dilapidations negotiations and project management of dilapidations works.
